So, it's been quite awhile since we've had an "adventure"... and it still might be a little longer before I have one :-p But, because Dave is between jobs (literally... he is starting a new one shortly, but has some time off between the last one and this one), he decided to jet off to Arizona.

Why Arizona? Because, that's where all our friends seem to live now :-) He'll actually be staying with Seth & Alanna of ImaNympho.com, although if he's lucky (and you know he is :-p), he might also get to see our old friends Oasis and Lance of Cum2Oasis.com, as well!

So, why am I not going? Well, I'd love to... but, we barely had enough money for Dave to go :-p And, then we'd have to find someone to watch the girls (as well as my stepkids... they may be 16 and 18 now, but, they're 16 and 18... I'm not leaving them alone in my house :-p) So, it just would have been A LOT more work. And this was really kind of a spur of the moment thing...

And, Dave just really needed to get away... so I let him :-p Plus, I'm sure he'll be bringing home neato stuff for the site :-) In fact, he'll be tweeting all along the way @DoJnD! Although, to fully follow "Dave's Excellent Adventure," you'll have to join our club... I'm currently working on a whole page dedicated to his trip, including his video diary, pictures, etc. So, look for that in the members-area soon!

I spent a good part of my day yesterday (and part of today) trying to figure out how to do something and, I think I'm officially giving up :-p While I've been doing websites for many years now, I've yet to learn flash (yes, I can be a little slow on the uptake when it comes to new technology :-p)... I've recently started to delve into it, though, and yesterday I had a little project that seemed pretty simple, but I've yet to figure out how to do it. All I want to do is take this long image that I have (800X2900), and in an 800X600 image, start at the bottom of this long image, and pan up to the top of it (and have it end at the top.)

For anyone familiar with flash, I know this would probably take about 2 minutes tops :-p But, I just can't seem to figure out how to do it... if someone would be able to whip something up like this for me, I'd be eternally grateful (I'd even be willing to hand out a free membership :-p) Just let me know and I can send you the image I'm trying to work with!
